Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship from
Every piece is handcrafted in Indonesia. Orders to the United States and Europe ship from our local warehouses there; orders to Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and other countries ship directly from our studio in Indonesia.
Delivery times
- United States (from our US warehouse): 3–5 business days
- Europe (from our EU warehouse): 4–6 business days
- Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and other countries (from Indonesia): 10–14 business days
Shipping rates
- United States: free on orders over $100; $4.99 for orders under $100
- Europe: $12 flat rate
- Canada: $8 flat rate
- Australia and rest of world: $30 flat rate
Final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs and import taxes
US orders: all duties and import taxes are covered by us, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.
EU orders shipped from our EU warehouse are not subject to import duties.
For all other destinations (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway), local customs duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@sukohome.com with your order number and we’ll track it down for you.
